- Raylee Cooper Added August 09, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First they sold me a car that had 2 recalls and a class action law suit on it, and tried to deny knowledge of it. Liars!! The first to know about a recall on a Ford vehicle are the Ford dealerships. When they'd had my car for almost 2 weeks for the repairs I phoned 3 days in a row trying to find out when it would be ready to pick up, but all my calls went unreturned. Finally went down there on the fourth day, but they had the car for 3 weeks before I got it back. I was also entitled to a refund for repairs I paid for while in Queensland for the same problem and despite many requests I'm still waiting for it FIVE MONTHS later! Absolutely atrocious customer service!!
